Scalebar

The scalebar appears in the lower right corner of the map. Note though, it reflects the distance measured at the target, the center of the display:

You can indicate the target location's position with crosshairs by checking the Target Position checkbox in the Options dialog box's Map Display panel:

and you can change the units displayed in the Units panel of the Options dialog box. To toggle the scale bar on or off you can use the shortcut keys, Ctrl+Shift+S.
