As part of the work you do with each map, you may find that the results you derive from one task may serve as the input for another. For example, you may find an address, then during the same session decide to get driving directions to or from this location. In this particular instance, you can drag the result from the Results pane to either the Start or End location of the Driving Directions tasks. In addition the result's context menu contains a menu item named Send To that lists all possible tasks in the map to which you can direct the result. Selecting the target task parameter in the context menu is the same as dragging the result to it. You'll discover that there are other tasks that follow the same paradigm. In all cases, simply drag the result to the parameter text box that can receive the result as input and release the mouse. Note that if you are dragging to a task in which there's more than one possible target for the result, you'll see that the active target is selected.
In some cases, results have popup windows associated with them. Each popup window contains links that send the result to a task that can accept it as input; in addition the popup window has a context menu on which you will find Send To and other commands.
