You can use the Quick Content task to provide an in-application source of content to add to ArcGIS Explorer. The source must have a valid URL; it can be a static HTML file, a dynamic .aspx file that's updated automatically, a .php file, or any file that provides links to content. This help page provides a few examples:

	GeoTagged photo
	ArcGIS Online Streets layer

Use Quick Content to complement a Resource Center you or your site administrator might create.
